Last updated: October 12, 2026. Welcome to Hook & Haul Towing ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting our towing or roadside assistance services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide towing, flatbed transport, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and related vehicle transport services in Aliso Viejo, CA and surrounding areas of South Orange County.

2. Quotes & Pricing

We provide an upfront price estimate before dispatch whenever possible. Final charges are based on the actual service performed, including distance towed, vehicle type, time of day, and any additional labor or equipment required. You will always be informed of the final total before we complete the tow.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. A valid ID matching the payment method may be required.

4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Property

We take every reasonable precaution to transport your vehicle without damage. Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before the tow. We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Pre-existing damage should be noted with the driver before service begins.

5. Authorization

By requesting a tow, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or are authorized to approve the tow, and that the vehicle is not subject to any lien or hold that would prevent lawful transport.

6. Cancellations

If you cancel after a truck has been dispatched, a dispatch fee may apply to cover the driver's time and fuel.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, rental car costs, or missed appointments, except as required by California law.

8. Insurance Claims

If your tow is covered by insurance or a motor club membership, you are responsible for confirming coverage. Any amount not covered is due at the time of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Orange County, CA.
