Our Service Guarantee

Anyone can say "we are the best." We would rather tell you exactly what we promise, in plain words, on every single tow in Aliso Viejo and South Orange County.

The Price We Quote Is the Price You Pay

Your dispatcher gives you an all-inclusive quote before any truck rolls. That number is honored at drop-off. If the job turns out simpler than expected, you pay less, never more, without your approval first.

Damage-Free Handling

Your vehicle is loaded with the right equipment for its type: flatbeds and soft straps for AWD, electric, luxury, and lowered cars, and proper securement for everything else. If our handling damages your vehicle, we take responsibility and make it right.

Real ETAs and Real Updates

We give you an honest arrival window based on where our trucks actually are, not a fantasy number to win the call. If traffic on the 73 or I-5 moves your ETA, we tell you before you have to ask.

An Itemized Receipt, Every Time

Every job ends with a digital, itemized receipt showing exactly what you paid for. No lump sums you cannot decode, and everything you need for an insurance claim.

If we ever fall short of any of this, call (657) 663-2390 and ask for a supervisor. We built Hook & Haul Towing on being the company that answers for its work.
